Bullet Spacing Problem

Using Windows 2000, FP 2003 (recently upgraded from FP 20000)

When selecting lines of text, then bullet option - an additional space is
being put between each line as in sample below. I'm applying bullets just
like I did in FP 2000. Any help appreciated.

Sorry, I failed to mention that the bulleted list displays correction in the
design window, but not in the preview window or when the page is uploaded. I
am pressing enter twice to end bulleted list. Thx.
