Bulk Password Change by OU

Is anyone aware of a method by which one can change the
password of every member of a specific OU?

But your best bet will probably be an ADSI script, I would post to
microsoft.public.adsi.general as well and see if anyone in there can help.

Simpler (but not free after trial period) is to use AD
Infinitum. It saves me heaps of time with similar tasks
