Bulk email problem using 3rd party application

Guest

I currently use office XP Pro.

I have a software program that is developed on an access database, and I use Outlook as the email client.
When I try and send a mass mail to people on my database I get a pop up box from outlook asking me to confirm each mail to be sent, since my 3rd party application is trying to access Outlook for that purpose.

Is there a feature in Outlook that I can turn off to allow bulk emailing from a 3rd party software program?

How do I get around this problem?

You have a couple of options.

If you are in an Exchange environment, you can download and install the
Administrative options package. This will allow you to configure the
security update.

If you are not, your best option would be to use a third party tool called
Redemption (www.dimastr.com/Redemption).

For more information abuot the security update, see :
