built-in processor -any good?

Hi! I am attracted to an adverts on a new mobo (ECS-elitegroup.taiwan made)
It is a microATX with AMD Duron 1.5G & audio & vga all build-in.
SIS 740 & embeded graphics in SIS 740. DDR 266, 10/100 LAN.

I intend it for home use with Win.98SE, OS/2 & Redhat 7.2 operating sys.
Has anyone ever had any experience on such similar mobo?

It'll work although the graphics aren't the greatest. Also why Redhat
7.2?
