built a print server

Hello,

How can I build a print server under win2k server?
I have 4 HP laserjet4 to install and I want to know if I
need a jet direct device to be able to do that and then
after add them all in an OU.

You can install this printers on the WIndows Servr as network printers
and then share them. You can create printer pool with this 4 printers,
give them priorities and thiw WIndows Serrver will act as print server
using this 4 printers configured in printer pool.

Search at google - You will find materials describing this step by step
