I would like my chart to show rows where "COLUMN C" = "TEAM1". Then I
can change "TEAM1" to "TEAM2" and only chart rows where "COLUMN C" =
"TEAM2".

Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks!

Ed,

Thank you so much for your reply, I really appreciate it. I created a
sample spreadsheet to better explain my request:

_|-----ColA---|--ColB--|---ColC---
------------------|-----------|-------------
1|Employee-|--Shift---|--Hours--
2|---------------|------------|------------
3|Donald-----|----A------|----20----
4|Herbie------|----A------|----16----
5|Joanna-----|----B------|----08----
6|Nancy------|----B------|----12----
7|Arnold------|----A------|----56----
9|Tiger--------|----B------|----22----

I have 3 columns: Employee, Shift (A & B shifts), & hours. How do I
have a chart use the following logic: If Shift = A, then include
employee name and hours of Shift-A in my chart.

Again, thank you for your feedback.

Hi Greggy,

Try again. Last night (Australian time), I moved the site to DotNetNuke.
Still a few problems - I am working to sort these out.
