building a drop down

Using word 2000. I would like to build a drop down menu in which a second
drop down menu is accessed for printed on the inspection form. Example drop
down one (categories) Footing, forms, framing, final. I would like to hit one
of these and have a drop down again example (forms) and then I could hit the
sentence I would like to print on the inspection form. Each category would
have multiple sentences. The reason for this is I have about a 100 sentences
in total in all categories and word will only allow me 25 separate entries.
So I can not put them all under one category
