Build Action Splash Screen

So in my app I implemented this feature and the image comes up, but it never
goes away. Anyone else run into this?

It depends on how you have implemented the splash screen. Presumably it's a
form that you display before the main form? Simply close it and it will go
away, not much of a stumper... if you have no luck try posting more
information or some code.
 
In your app, select an IMAGE, go to the properties panel. Set the image
biild properties to Splash Screen. Build and run app


In my case the splash comes up, and then my app comes up, The splash does
not go away
