I am building a database for a carpet cleaning business. I
want to be able to send out yearly reminders to all my
customers that were serviced 12 months ago AND NOT been
serviced since. I want to be able to do these once a month
for the customers I serviced a year ago that month. Right
now I want to be able to send out reminder cards for those
customers I serviced in Aug 2003.
