bugcheck

Everytime I boot or re-boot my machine I get this message in the system
event viewer:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007f
(0x0000000f, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). A full dump was not saved.

The machine DID NOT reboot by itself. There was NO blue screen of death. I
get the message EVERY time I turn my computer on (boot-up) or re-boot the
machine for any reason.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks
Walt

'Stop 0x7F messages are typically due to defective, malfunctioning, or
failed memory hardware. If you added new hardware recently, remove and
replace it to determine if it is causing or contributing to the problem.
Run diagnostics software supplied by the system manufacturer to
determine if the component has failed.'
