Random bluescreen when opening itunes

Savedump says:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e
(0xc0000005, 0xba2beef9, 0xb2766684, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini012406-01.dmp.

What happened here? It's done this a couple of times recently

this seems to be an error that occurs when programs are damaged as far
as i can tell, i will continue research on the matter however...

The crash may be caused by faulty ram or device driver error.

that was my first thought too but i have some other information on
corrupted programs (cannot share due to them being on a hidden side of
microsoft's KB)
