Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the above error
means/refers to ?. We are experiencing approx 2 reboots a
day on a Compaq ML350 SBS2000 server which is 3 months
old. The event viewer comes up with a Savedump and the
following message...
-----------
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000d1 (0xbfc7a2f0, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0xbfc7a2f0). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini110303-01.dmp.
----------
We have tried several different resolutions to no avail so
far..
We thought it may have been the backup (Backup Exec 8.6
SP4 with the lastest drivers) but it has happened before
the backup job starts a few times as well.
BTW - Win2000 comes up as a ACPI Multiprocessor PC even
though its only got One CPU installed (The ML350
Motherboard supports two CPU's).
We have performed diagnostics on the Memory and all came
up fine even though there is a message in the event viewer
saying....
--------------System Information Agent: Health:
Correctable memory error detected. The errors have been
corrected, but the memory module should be replaced.
[SNMP TRAP: 6029 in CPQHLTH.MIB]
----------
HP advised that this is a bug and to perform the Memeory
diagnostic just in case whcih we did.
Your input is appreciated.
thanks
Brett
