BUGBUG error

When I try to update a registry key which has a REG_DWORD
value, a get a BUGBUG error. For example, I tried to run
the following from command line, and I got the error
that's displayed below:

C:\ REG UPDATE "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Command
Processor\CompletionChar"=9

BUGBUG: Need to deal with 32 bit numbers
The operation completed successfully.


I'd appreciate if you share your thoughts on this.
