Bug: Pop up alert disappears off screen

When my AntiSpyware tries top alert me of a security risk,
the pop up emerges from the bottom of my screen and
scrolls all the way up the screen until it disappears off
the top! I believe this is because I have my start bar
atached to the left edge of my screen (while most people
leave it on the bottom edge). How can I report this to
someone at Microsoft?

This is known bug, drag back to the bottom, then drag it back to the side,
accept the notification and it should not appear again.
