this is what i got out of the help section for docmd.RunMacro

it's not clear enough.

RepeatCount Optional Variant. A numeric expression that evaluates to
an integer, which is the number of times the macro will run.

So if i want to run something ONCE do i put the value 0 in here; or the
value 1?
