BUG: found a bug in Event Viewer - can't rename a personalized vie

I found a bug in Event Viewer: when I create a personalized view and assign a
new name, the new name is not saved!

Reproduction steps:
1. Use the Standard account, right click on Computer Managment, insert the
password when UAC prompt appears
2. Go in Event Viewer and create a new personalized view for a specific
event ID
3. Assign a new name for that new personalized view and close the Computer
Managment window
4. Reopen it and go in Event viewer and you'll see new name didn't saved! ;-((

Does exist a place to submit Vista bugs? Does Vista's developers read this
newsgroup?

Most vistaboy users will say that its your fault, or your pcs fault...
MS doesnt read this group.. hey.. it didnt even read the request for things
to be put in vista,
nor did they read the feedback....

Will all this arrogant attitude I would suggest you ask non vista fans for
help
