Bug Check

Dear sir,

I am having a bug check in the PC as below:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000c2 (0x00000007, 0x00000cd4, 0x00010000,
0x86328088). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini042604-01.dmp.

What is it caused ?
