I think this is the way, but i'm looking another form to increase buffer
capacity, or to manage more closely this?
Because I know that increasing Virtual memory (or manage well) we improve
system performance; but I need know if I can manage this (not virtual
memory) or if this is only Windows issue.
The problem is due to an app that returns memory errors with low memory
resources (in some pc) in Windows 2000 and XP; I'm talking about 128 MB RAM.
Then I need find a Way to manage memory issues: Virtual memory is checked,
HDD Space, and RAM Memory is checked too.
What I need to know is if I can modify (increase or decrease) the memory
buffer without increase RAM , Processor or HDD Capacities. (obviously this
solve the problem).
OK, I'm going to get flamed here, as there is much debate about how to set a
swap file properly. I always use for the minimum 2*ram+2, and a maximum of
4095.
