Buffer Overun in JPEG Processing

This pops up and asks me to go to Bullitin MS04-028 and download the fix....I
haven't a clue which fix to pick and download. Please help

Go to www.microsoft.com and enter ms04-028 into the search box at the
top right. It will take you to the bulletin and update.
