Out of Office Error

After applying the MS patch "Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-028: Buffer
Overrun in JPEG Processing (GDI+) Could Allow Code Execution (833987)" and
starting Outlook 2003, I got the error message " The command is not
available. See the program documentation about how to use this extension"
when I try to click on the Out of Office Assistant option under the "Tools"
menu.

This has happened on many Windows 2000 machines that I have.

It worked before I installed this patch and I checked to see if the
extensions were still enabled; they are.

Please help me.
