BT not working anymore

I installed a USB bluetooth device some time ago and just recently I
installed a PCMCIA bluetooth device. Now the USB device does not work.
Someone any idea why?
 
What USB device does not work? Bluetooth is a wireless (HFA) hands-free
application. You may need to reinstall it.
 
It is a simple USB bluetooth adapter from Anycom. I have tried to reinstall
it but then it says "Invalid drive: X:\".
