While trying to install my new version of XP Home SP1 I get Fatal Errors with the code "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" or "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" in various addresses. Finally I got it to install up to 92% before it crashed, and then it booted windows just fine. Now I get Fatal Errors(BSODs) every hour or so during idle usage and immediately whenever I do anything that uses alot of memory/cpu.
I also get BSOD when I try to do windows repair. Another thing to note is that I bought a new seagate 160gb(OEM160-72a) HD with my OEM XP Home.
Heres my PC(I'll list extra devices since I think its a device issue):

Athlon Xp 1400 (1.34Ghz)
Asus A7N8X series w/GeForce 2 Integrated GPU
256mb Ram
Seagate 160gb[m]
Maxtor 40gb
Memorex 40maxx CD-R/RW
I/O Magic Dual Format DVR+R/RW 8x, CD-R/RW 40x

I've unplugged all plug & play devices, printers etc.

I've tried everything I can think of and any help would be gratefully appreciated.

HI

I have found this is always a hardware problem, usually memory but sometimes the motherboard
