BSOD viamraid

I can boot into safe mode but when I try to boot into normal mode I get a
BSOD with the calprit being vaimraid.

This is a fresh install with XP Pro/SP2 and using the latest drivers from
Via.

Has it worked before , what hardware have you installed.
 
Are you using sata or raid?
Maybe something to do with raid drivers

Did it work prior to the fresh install?
Changed any hw?
Need to disable raid in the bios?
The mobo is? and how are your hd's connected
