I am unable to boot into windows, although I am able to
boot into "safe mode"
The following error is what I receive when I try to boot,
I have not recently installed any hardware or software.
I have tried the seven or so KB articles that reference
any portion of this error message without any resolution.

Does anyone have a clue what these addresses reference?
Can anyone tell me how to make a bootlog file so I would
be able to determine at what point the bootup throws out
the error?
Am I left with no other choice than to re-install Windows
and is that any solution or will whatever the problem is
just follow me?
Any help will be appreciated.

That particular error means a program caused an exception (read, "error")
that the system doesn't know how to handle. The first parameter, 0xC0000005
says that a memory access violation occured. It'll be hard trying to figure
out WHAT caused. Most likely causes are bad drivers.

Isn't there any type of bootlog that will show me what
didn't load? If there is I sure can not find it or any way
to make one. Thank you for the information you have
provided.

If you can boot into Safe mode, you can go into msconfig, then the boot.ini
tab and check "/SOS" This will hide the splash screen and allow you to see
what's loading the background. If you can catch it quick enough, you might
able to see the last driver that loaded and crashed.
