BSOD 0x0000007A kernal_data_inpage_error

In the past 48 hours, I have encountered three blue screen STOP
kernal_data_inpage_error messages, with the parameters of 0x0000007A
(0xC03E1648, 0X000000E, 0XF8592130, 0X0E114860) on atapi.sys at address
FCS92130.

I'm on a Dell Inspiron 5150 notebook with Intel P4 using WinXP Home 5.1.2600
SP2. The BIOS is A26 dated 3 Nov 03. The total physical memory is 512MB
with 249.86MB available. The total virtual memory is 2.00GB with 1.96GB
available. The page file space is 1.22GB.

I have never encountered an error on this magnitude before, and am at a
complete loss as to how to proceed. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
