Browsing issues with Win2003 server and other members

Setup:

1 - Win2k server, Domain controller
2 - Win2k, BDC
335 - Win2k member server
336 - Win 2003 member server
342 - WinXpSp1 domain member

All servers are multihomed, BUT the second card is disabled. Browsing has
worked fine in the past. The only significant thing I have done is upgrade
336 to windows 2003 about 4 months ago. It was a Win2k member server.
Install was done from a clean harddrive
I can verify the problem has been happening for 1 month. The problem first
cropped on the WIn2003 server and then went to 2 and 335

2, 335 and 336 cannot browse the network. Selecting ENTIRE NETWORK gives you
only our domain and not all of the domains on our network. Selecting my
domain gives me the error "The list of servers for this workgroup is not
currently available"
Using browstat status on any of these machines gives
"Status for domain NUAPRIMARY on transport \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{9.....
Browsing is NOT active on domain. Status : 6118
Master browser name is held by: 1
Master browser is running build 2195

Server 1 (PDC and therefore the Master browser?) works fine for browsing

342, the XP wksta, works fine BUT it thinks 335 is the master browser . If
I do a browstat elect, it then thinks 2 is the master browser. Each time I
do this it flops between 335 and 2. Each time still is able to browse and
2, 335, and 336 continue to give the errors above.

I installed a my own wins server and pointed all of them to it (instead of
using the school's). 1 correctly registered itself as the master browser,
But the same problems occurred wit the other 4

NetBIOS over TCPIP is turned on. All systems have been scanned for virus's

Update:
If I remove 335 and 336 from the domain and make them part of their own
workgroup, then 335 (win2k server) can browse the network just fine,
including the new workgroup and the old domain it used to be a member of.

336 (the windows 2003 server) see's the same browse list as 335, can browse
its own workgroup just fine, can browse all of the same workgroups as 335,
but cannot browse the old domain. I receive the error "<domin name>
is not accessible. You might not have permissions to use this device.
Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access
permissions. The device is not connected"

After letting 336 sit overnight, it now browses just fine. Browstat shows it
thinks 335 is the master and 336 is the backup. At this moment it appears
removing it from the domain fixed the browsing issue

I will now try rejoining it to the domain and seeing what happens.
