Browsing bank sites

Jeff Adamson

I have a user with two computers, both are sharing the
same DSL connection. One computer works fine and can
access all web pages with no problems. The other cannot
access any of the bank web site pages and the browser
comes up with the web page cannot be found error.

I have tried lowering her security and privacy settings
and I have checked for viruses and spyware with no luck.
Is there anything else I could try?
