I am able to browse the directory in Network Neighborhood on my Win2000
machines but not on my Win XP machines.

Does win xp have this functionality?

Yup, though it's hidden ;) You can still get to the same dialog by
typing:
rundll32 dsQuery,OpenQueryWindow

You can distibute this as a shortcut to users if you want them to be
able to search AD this way.

Thanks for your reply, I tried that and it brings up the search box for
AD. Is there a way to browse all object in an explorer window like you
can win2000?
