I have internet explorer as my browser but it will not allow me to pate.

Do you mean paste? If so, what are you trying to paste to?

Hi - not sure if you're using translation software, but "pate" doesn't make
any sense - what is it you're trying to do? Paste? What are you trying to
paste, if so?
