In our office we have a user that needs to be logged into
two different accounts simultaneously (i.e. bank accounts
from two different banks) using their web browser. Let's
call them A and B. The user logs into A using one browser
window. User then opens a new browser window and tries to
login to B. The problem is that the user does log into B,
but instead of a new browser window being opened, it
populates into A's account window. So now we are without
A. How can I get new browser windows to be automatically
opened.. is this a setting? Thanks.

Sorry for the other post.....mouse got antsy...<sigh>

Anyway, try this and see if this will help.

Hi Anon :-)

Third time......steadyyy!!

Now....See if *this* will help:

Open More Than One Window

Try the following and see if it helps.

Open More Than One Window - Courtesy of Venkatesh

Try these steps:
Open IE, tools, internet options.
Select Advanced tab and click the [restore defaults] button.
Later, select the Programs and click the [reset web settinngs] button.
Click OK.

also........................

Per LuckyStrike:
Be sure the "re-use windows for launching shortcuts" checkbox gets
un-checked in the IE options>Advanced tab>apply>OK out. Also, a link on a
given open web page will open in the same window. To avoid that, R-click,
and open in a new window, if that's what you'd prefer.

Hope this helps.

Jan :)

Whew!
