Browser shut down with Yahoo Parental COntrol

Can anyone help? I use SBC Yahoo DSL and have the Yahoo
Parental Controls installed. On some web sites, the
browser shuts down and an error message on notepad pops
up on my screen. It says something about ypclsp.dll and
also mentions ntdll.dll. I called SBC and they said its
not their problem but to call Dell. Dell said its not
their problem. I traced the problem to the parental
controls as when I deactivate it, everything is fine. I
called SBC back and they told me to call Microsoft
because of the message that is being generated. Any help
would be appreciated. I feel like I'm getting the run
around from Dell and SBC.

ypclsp.dll look fishy to me.

ntdll.dll is a Windows file. The ypclsp.dll may be trying to use it to call
home.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
