browser search hijack

every time i search on internet explorer i get redirected to a site
(http://btcar.com/card.cfm?pt=2&rpt=1&kt=1) or similar.
i am running mcafee total protection and spybot and ihave tried hijack this
and superanti spyware but nothing even detects it.
please help

If you have not followed similar steps methodically, then please do so
now. If you have already done this, then go to one of the following
forums (listed in no particular order) and post a HijackThis log to get
help from the experts. Please do not post HJT logs here in the MS
newsgroups because you will not get the extensive time and attention
necessary.
