browser hijacked!

Our browser was hijacked to a fake site Incredifind.com
We were able to clear all adware files associated with
it, but can no longer use IE. When we run diagnostics we
get DHCPServer=172.30.12.34 Failed. We get a DSN error
message when we start internet. Any suggestions?
