Browser Hijack

I keep getting an attempted change to my home page from www.yahoo.com to
www.all-websearch.com/10039/. This happens whether I am online or not. I use
Browser Hijack Blaster so I am able to stop each attempt. I've used Spy
Subtract, Ad-aware SE Personal, Spyboot and CWShredder and it still persists.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
