Browser fail to display different language

I'm having problem with my IE.
It no longer able to display different languages when I'm
at pages of other languages. Had tried to install the
languages into the browser, but it still fail to display
anything. And when it fail to display the page, it would
just give a blank page saying that it can't find the page.
What could have went wrong and how can I make it display
the words in other languages?

Would appriate if any kind soul would be able to help me
with this problem.
