Browser doesnt open maximized

Hi.

Recently i upgrade to IE6 from IE5.5
Nevertheless whenever I wanted to open my IE browser, the
window wont go maximized. I have close my IE in a
maximized mode, and whenever I open it should follow my
last setting. but this doesnt work.

please help.

If you're opening IE6 by clicking an icon, what do its properties say
with regard to the window size?
