Whenever I launch IE my Home Page takes a considerable
time to display or come up what could be the reason here &
what changes should I make to my Internet Options
Let me know the resolution of this problem

What do you use as a home page?

Could it be some spyware calling home while you wait?
Check it out.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
