Browser closes

as soon as i open explorer it load the page then appears to
close.............daughter was play on keyboard only 17mth
old so not sure what happend...........please help

Repair IE.
Add/Remove programs/MS/IE repair. Follow the instructions.

When the IE page closes, can you still ping out.

Next time it happens, go to a DOS prompt and execute
PING www.microsoft.com
If you get a positive return then you are still connected other wish it
would indicate that your connection has been lost.

You may nave to reinstall your Dial Up Connection.
Your provider will help you if you do not remember the settings.
