Browser changes to ISEARCH.COM & toolbar cannot be changed

Every time I boot internet explorer it writes
the home page address as http://www.isearch.com/index.php?
ref=none. Also the toolbar options have been "greyed out"
and one of the greyed out options is " isearch toolbar ".
PLEASE HELP
