Since I've installed Windows XP SP2 I'm having this
problem in Internet Explorer. Whenever I try downloading
anything from websites on top on IE6 theres a yellow bar
saying IE has stopped the browser from downloading the
proggie and click to download it. Even Java appletes and
activeX controls dont open like tickers on websites. How
do I disable this feature.

Windows XP SP2 has not been released to public yet, so
your either using a beta, an illegal copy or lying.

If you do have windows xp sp2 and it's a legit copy (but
beta) report it to microsoft and they will have some sort
of answer for you.

if it is an illegal copy, your probably out of luck and
you should go back to SP1 for the time being.
