BROWSE LIST

We have 3 seperate networks that are in the process of becoming merged. Two of the networks are win 2k domains and one is a workgroup. One domain and the one workgroup are on the 12.15.0.0 subnet and the other domain are on the 12.16.0.0 subnet. I'm sharing the administrative responsibility with a person from the other domain. We have users that reside on the 12.15 subnet that are members of the domain on the 12.16 subnet and vice-versa. All the domains would, up until 3 days ago, appear in the browse list. Now only the domains and workgroups that reside on a given subnet appear in their respective browse list. Is it possible for the administrator of the other domain to somehow prevent his domain that resides on 12.16 subnet from showing up in my domain browse list that resides on the 12.15 subnet? Also the workgroup that resides on the 12.16 subnet does not appear. Is there some type of registry setting that would accomplish this? Thanks in advance
