browse for a filename from a form

Hi,
I have a training database with a training entry form on this form I need to
enter the file name of an image file into a field. How can I pull up a browse
window so that the user can browse to the appropriate image file and click it
to enter the filename into the field. Currently they are typing the filename
into the field but this is rather clumsy and the cause of errors when
undertaking large numbers of entries.
