Brother MFC7820N with TN-350 Cartridge problems

My new (4months old) Brother MFC 7820N has a recurring problem in that
it complains that the toner life has ended even though very few pages
have been printed (I don't know how many, but the last cartridge was in
for only 2 weeks with 5/6 pages per day). The first time this
happened, Broither sent me a replacement cartridge after trying to
troubleshoot over the phone. THat cartridge worked fine. I have since
replaced that crtridge with a new one (Brother original from Best Buy)
and the problem has recurred. Has any one seen this problem, is there
a solution?

I think your printer has a hardware problem, Brother should either fix or
replace it under warranty.
