brother MFC color printer error message

I had tried to install this printer with USB and I get
message during installation to insert window disk for
I386, cannot find file unidrv.dll. There is no such file
on window xp disk or on the disk that came with the
printer. How do I get this file because printer doen't
work????
 
Point the installer towards either:

c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386
or c:\Windows\Driver Cache\i386.cab
or c:\windows\Driver Cache\i386\sp1.cab
