Brother HL-660

Did anybody know anything about the Codes behind the flashing LED? I've got
Alert und Cover flashing 15 Times toghether. What does it mean?

Thousand thanks in forward
 
May mean that the cover is not closed completely or the sheet feeder is not
seated properly.
