Broken reference to file Photo.ocx

I just converted my database from access 2000 to access 2003. Upon loading my
the converted database I received an error "Broken reference to file
Photo.ocx Ver. 1.

This error has cause my switchboard menu option not to function.

What is the name of the library reference that is missing. "Photo.ocx is not
listed in the library references
 
Are any of the references with checkmarks marked as "MISSING:"? That's the
only time a broken reference should matter.
