Broken reference to file Photo.ocx Version 1

I just converted an Access Database from Access 2000 to Access 2003. Upon
opening the database I received an error message "Broken refence to file
Photo.ocx Version 1." I need to know what reference library is missing since
"Photo.ocx Version 1 is not listed in the reference library.

This problem might have caused the switchboard menu options not to function
correctly.

Error Message: "There was an error executing the command."

The reference may have been added during a form design that was subsequently
deleted. If the reference is marked as MISSING, simply uncheck it. There's
no way to use it on the new system. If you you really need it, you'll need
to install it, then register it if it requires additional configuration.
Then reselect the reference from the list.

You seem to be asking two different things here.

To access the reference list, open the VB Editor, and select References from
the Tools menu.

To register DAO, use regsvr32.exe. For Access 2000 and newer, it's
dao360.dll you want to register. For Access 97, it's dao350.dll. You should
find them in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO (unless
you've changed the default)
