Broken OBDC

How can I repair OBDC in my XP?

It came bundled on a pc and without a cd.

It is needed evidentially to interact with my finincial instution's
at home software and somehow I must have broken something.

Get the MDAC 2.8 download there and install it, which includes
the latest ODBC drivers.
