broadband internet

ive had ntl broadband internet for about 6 months now and ever since its been installed on to my computer i cannot go on the internet on my own computer account, ive tryed installing it again on my account but that however does not work. I've just got on with it for now on my mum and dads account but its getting realy annoying now. Whenever i go on the internet on my account all it says is that this website is forbidden. Any ideas what it could be

Apart from being absolutely certain that you have your account details
correctly set up, have you tried phoning 0845 650 0121 and talking to
one of the NTL support staff?
