Broadband Connection Problems

Interestingly, the guy next door got a wireless network (open) for Xmas and
I can connect to that wth no problems at all (not sure if he knows it!). ot
sure whether that sheds any further light on the problem?

If you can connect to his network it seems to suggest a problem with
your router.I would reset it to it's default state,using the reset
button, and then reconfigure it.Initially try it without encryption and
with SSID enabled.

Rob - excellent advice as that seems to have remedied the problem and I can
now connect again! Many thanks!

I now need to re-visit the original problem here that caused me to call BT
in the first place - the problems that I was having conecting my Belkin
wireless Print Server via the Router. I will do some more experimentation
with that and post a separate query if need be though.
